Construction Health and safety

Construction Health & Safety (H&S) at Work Act places certain duties on all employers to ensure that all their employees are kept safe at work, through instruction and safety awareness training.
Even in this day an age there are still many accidents, some fatal within the construction industry. A very large proportion of these accidents are from new employees to the industry, who really don’t know how potentially dangerous construction sites really are.
An accident by the nature of its word is just an accident, as employers/employees we all have a basic duty to train and instruct to give our workforce an insight to the dangers they may face through out their construction tasks
